Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your products.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Products must be returned in a resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened incense products
- Used incense sticks
- Products damaged after delivery through customer use
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
