You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned in its original packaging

Inspecting Your Product
You may carefully open your incense box to inspect the contents.
However, products that have been used, partially consumed, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that prevents resale are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or you received the wrong item.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, incense products that have been used or partially consumed cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover any applicable return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gevondi.nl.
We'll evaluate the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate solution.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (once approved) and place a new order through our website.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, the product must be returned unused (except for inspection), in its original condition and packaging, together with proof of purchase.
This statutory right does not affect the additional 30-day return policy offered by Gevondi.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, we'll automatically issue your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
